Run Glimmers Labs on Your Campus

An age-progressive afterschool programme, delivered by trained facilitators, built around the space and timetable your school already has.

How it runs

From first conversation to first term

Five stages. You will know what you are committing to before you commit to it.

  1. 01

    Scope

We look at your grades, timetable and available space, and tell you honestly what will fit.

  2. 02

    Agree

Programme, grades, schedule and commercials, set out in writing before either side commits.

  3. 03

    Set up

Facilitators assigned and trained, materials delivered, parent communication prepared with your office.

  4. 04

    Run

Weekly sessions through the term, with a named contact who is not a support inbox.

  5. 05

    Review

What worked, what did not, and what changes for the next term.

What we bring

What Glimmers provides

  • Curriculum architecture and grade progression

A defined progression across grade bands, so what a Grade 3 student does connects to what they will do in Grade 7 rather than repeating it.

  • Implementation model

Who does what, set out before you commit. Which responsibilities sit with Glimmers, which sit with your staff, and what the first term actually looks like.

  • Facilitator selection and training

Every session is run by a trained facilitator working to a common delivery standard, with quality assurance rather than trust alone.

  • Child safety and responsible AI

Safeguarding, moderation and our position on children using AI are published and available for your review before any conversation about commercials.

Questions

What schools ask about Labs

How much space do we need?

A standard classroom is enough. Sessions involve making and group work rather than equipment, so no specialist facility is required.

How many students per session?

Group sizes are agreed with you, and kept small enough that a facilitator can actually see each child.

When do sessions run?

Afterschool, on a schedule agreed with your timetable rather than imposed on it.

Who pays, the school or parents?

Both models work and it is agreed per school. Some schools fold it into fees, others have parents enrol directly.
